Funding for rental family plots for travelers

The State subsidy amounts to 70% of the total expense excluding taxes, within the limit of a subsidizable ceiling of €15,245 per mobile home pitch. This amount is at most €10,671.50 per pitch.

Decree n°2019-1478 relating to permanent reception areas and rental family plots provides for the upgrading of rental family plots in service on the date of publication of the latter within 5 years. This is why, exceptionally, during this period, you can subsidize the room intended for living so that it can be built. The amount of the subsidy is a maximum of €3,500 per pitch.
