Support for energy renovation of private housing - deployment of a network of platforms

Considering the new governance scheme of the Public Housing Renovation Service (SPRH) implemented in 2025, based on the signing of territorial pacts,

considering the new financing modalities of Anah with local authorities ensuring the project management of the SPRH, and the intervention rules of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region in terms of financing,

within the framework of the departmental strategy 2021 – 2030 for energy transition for the Landes territory (deliberation of the Departmental Assembly n°G-7 of May 7, 2021),

within the limits of the credits entered in the Departmental Budget.

Nature of the aid:

• intervention rate of 30% maximum of the service cost,
• adjustment of the intervention rate according to the level of aid from the State and the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region, so as not to exceed a public aid rate of 80%,
• intervention rate calculated on the basis of a provisional financing plan submitted at the beginning of the year.
