The Region supports the net creation of intermediate rental housing for key workers essential to the proper functioning of society.

For what type of project?

Programs covered by Ordinance No. 2014-159 of February 20, 2014 and Decree No. 2014-1102 of September 30, 2014 intended for the reception of "key workers", particularly in the health, security, education, transport sectors, etc.

This aid scheme is also implemented pursuant to Decision 2012/21/EU of December 20, 2011 on the application of Article 106(2) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to State aid in the form of public service compensation granted to certain undertakings entrusted with the operation of services of general economic interest.
