Support for the resumption of social housing construction sites affected by the health crisis

La Banque des Territoires offers financing to support the resumption of social housing construction and rehabilitation sites following the health crisis.

This financing, which is akin to quasi-equity, is:

• Provided as a lump sum per dwelling, up to €3,500/dwelling for new construction and €2,000/dwelling for rehabilitation;
• Disbursed in a single payment to the project operator in the form of a loan (envelope of €400 million);
• Granted without reservation rights requested by Action Logement.
