Support for the restoration operations of communal engineering structures

DEVICE DESCRIPTION

The Department wishes to support municipalities carrying out restoration projects for their engineering structures, given the major issues related to user safety, the continuity of local services (absence of alternative routes) and the safeguarding of this heritage.

INTERVENTION RATE

The subsidy rate is determined according to the fiscal potential (PF) (of year N-2 – DGF N-1 sheets) per inhabitant of the municipalities:

• 50%: PF less than 460 €
• 40%: PF between 460 and 760 €
• 30%: PF greater than 760 €

This rate is applicable to the eligible expenditure excluding VAT. The aid is capped at 100,000 € per year and per operation or phase of operation.
