Support for reception residences and emergency accommodation

BENEFICIARY

• Public landlords
• Communes and communities of communes (only for emergency accommodation)
• Associations authorized to carry out acquisition-improvement under adapted PLA-I and PSH for emergency accommodation.

REGULATION DESCRIPTION

In order to strengthen its policy in favor of accommodation and housing for disadvantaged people in Charente, and in accordance with action sheets n°4 relating to the diversification of reception methods, n°5 creation of adapted housing and n°6 on responses to be provided to psychological suffering of the PDALHPD 2025-2030 adopted by deliberation of October 17, 2025, the Department is likely to grant its support to the following projects:

• creation of reception residences (within the meaning of article L. 633-1 of the construction and housing code)
• emergency accommodation for all audiences in connection with domestic violence, in rural areas.

Flat-rate aid for housing in social reception residences

• PLAI-Adapted: 6,000 € per dwelling
