Cos'è Il Contributo per la formazione individuale extra aziendale consiste in un contributo finalizzato a sostenere l’aggiornamento professionale, anche volto all’acquisizione di nuove tecnologie, metodi produttivi, gestionali e manageriali. Riferimenti: 5.1.4. A - Contributo per la formazione individuale extra aziendale A chi si rivolge L'iniziativa si rivolge ai datori di lavoro privati, imprenditori individuali, lavoratori autonomi e liberi professionisti che si iscrivono o iscrivono un proprio dipendente o collaboratore, ad un corso formativo collettivo organizzato da un ente esterno all’impresa. I dipendenti devono aver instaurato un contratto di lavoro di durata superiore ai 6 mesi. Cosa prevede Si prevede un contributo da un importo minimo di € 500 ad un massimo di € 2.500 per ogni percorso formativo approvato. Sono ammissibili anche percorsi universitari (inclusi master di I e II livello), corsi per patenti superiori alla B, per CQC e per ispettore centro controllo revisioni.

Cos'è L'intervento 5.1.3 prevede la possibilità per Agenzia del Lavoro della Provincia Autonoma di Trento di realizzare iniziative formative, servizi di incontro domanda offerta di lavoro e analisi settoriali del mercato del lavoro in collaborazione con gli Enti bilaterali e con i Fondi interprofessionali. Tramite convenzioni, vengono di volta in volta individuate le attività ed i destinatari. Ad oggi, Agenzia del Lavoro ha attivato, mediante convenzioni specifiche, quattro diverse collaborazioni, tutte in materia di formazione:- con il Fondo Artigianato Formazione (FART)- con Fondimpresa- con l’Ente bilaterale delle Casse Rurali trentine e Enti collegati- con il Fondo For. Te. (Formazione per il terziario) A chi si rivolge Attualmente sono in vigore intese che prevedono contributi per la formazione dei datori di lavoro, dei collaboratori familiari e dei disoccupati. Le convenzioni in materia di formazione sono regolate dalle Disposizioni attuative dell’intervento. Cosa prevede Le regole che definiscono l’ammontare del contributo concesso dall’Agenzia del lavoro sonoindividuate dalla Convenzione o dall’eventuale Accordo operativo.

Cos'è Si tratta di un incentivo all'occupazione per il datore di lavoro che assume persone in difficoltà occupazionale. Tale condizione di difficoltà viene considerata in quanto situazione di debolezza o di svantaggio nell'ambito del mercato del lavoro anche a causa di una disabilità fisica o psichica o di svantaggio sociale. A chi si rivolge Gli incentivi provinciali all’assunzione sono previsti a favore dei datori di lavoro privati, esclusi i datori di lavoro domestico. Per poter beneficiare degli incentivi è necessario che l’intervento sia attuato a favore di dipendenti:- che svolgano la prestazione lavorativa nella sede/unità produttiva in provincia di Trento;- con residenza in provincia di Trento al momento dell’assunzione, della trasformazione, della proroga o della conferma del contratto di apprendistato. Nel caso di incentivi a favore di disabili è necessario che siano iscritti nell’apposito elenco provinciale di Trento. Cos'è Si tratta di un contributo mediante il quale donne imprenditrici, lavoratrici autonome e libere professioniste possono farsi temporaneamente sostituire nella propria attività lavorativa da una persona, per motivi legati a gravidanza, maternità e a crescita dei figli. La sostituzione può avvenire per un massimo di 18 mesi. A chi si rivolge L'iniziativa si rivolge a donne imprenditrici, lavoratrici autonome e libere professioniste. Cosa prevede L'Agenzia del Lavoro concede un contributo fino a 20.000 euro per coprire il costo di sostituzione, che può arrivare a 25.000 euro se il/la sostituto/a è iscritto/a al Nuovo Registro provinciale Co-manager. La richiesta di contributo può essere concesso una sola volta per ogni figlio. Il contributo viene concesso solo in caso non sia stato attivato il bando nazionale previsto dall’art. 9 comma 3 della Legge n. 53/2000 ed è erogato a titolo di de minimis.
