The The Departmental Council offers specific aid to local authorities and associations in the department with responsibility for managing rivers, aquatic and/or wetland environments, in order to preserve and restore watercourses and associated natural habitats. To this end, the aid scheme aims to maintain and restore wetlands, and to restore and preserve the overall quality and ecological continuity of watercourses. This aid scheme is part of the 2017-2027 Nature Plan and is financed by the Departmental Development Tax (article L131-3 of the Environment Code), as this tax can be used to finance, in particular, the acquisition of sites intended for the preservation of water resources, their development, their management and works contributing to the preservation or restoration of ecological continuities. Eligible operations with a grant rate of up to 20% of the VAT-inclusive amount when the recipient does not recover VAT. With this solicitation, the Division of Chemistry is piloting the removal of deadlines for the submission of proposals to the CLP, CSD and CTMC Programs. The no-deadline pilot seeks to assess the benefits and challenges of removing deadlines in proposal submission for the chemistry research community: the removal of deadlines on proposal submission is intended to allow principal investigators (PIs) more flexibility and better facilitate interdisciplinary research. It may, however, have unanticipated consequences for PIs, reviewers, and institutions. This solicitation applies only to the Chemistry of Life Processes (CLP), Chemical Structure and Dynamics (CSD), and Chemical Theory, Models and Computational Methods (CTMC) programs. Other than the following exceptions, all proposals submitted to the CLP, CSD, and CTMC programs must be submitted through this solicitation, otherwise they will be returned without review. L’obiettivo è finanziare gli investimenti produttivi materiali e immateriali nonché le spese di consulenza migliorando i processi aziendali delle imprese, rafforzandone la competitività. A chi si rivolge Il contributo si rivolge a piccole e medie imprese in possesso dei requisiti previsti dall’avviso, tra cui:- essere iscritta nel Registro delle Imprese della Provincia di Trento, con sede legale e operativa nel territorio provinciale o con un’unità operativa attiva nel territorio provinciale;- avere sede legale e operativa fuori dal territorio della Provincia autonoma di Trento, ma con unità operativa attiva nel territorio provinciale prima dell'erogazione del contributo;- essere costituita da almeno 3 anni alla data di presentazione della domanda di contributo;- esercitare un’attività rientrante in uno dei codici ATECO specificati nell’avviso;- aver sostenuto, prima della presentazione della domanda di contributo, un assessment effettuato da un assessor accreditato presso Trentino Sviluppo S.p. A.. Cosa prevede Per accedere al contributo, l’impresa deve presentare un progetto e le relative spese da sostenere. Nello specifico, il progetto dovrà consistere nella trasformazione di un processo produttivo esistente e/o nell’introduzione di un nuovo processo produttivo ulteriore rispetto ai processi produttivi già esistenti in azienda. Il contributo è determinato sulla base del costo del progetto, del regime di aiuto prescelto (regime de minimis o regime di esenzione) e con riferimento alle spese ritenute ammissibili. L’investimento oggetto di contributo deve essere realizzato e localizzato nel territorio della Provincia autonoma di Trento e il progetto dovrà essere concluso entro 18 mesi dalla data di comunicazione del provvedimento di concessione dell’agevolazione da parte dell’ente istruttore.

Promoting digital inclusion for VSEs within the territory

The Banque des Territoires offers a support program to promote the digital inclusion of VSEs within the territory. To this end, a Call for Expressions of Interest (AMI) was launched in November 2021. As part of the Recovery Plan, various actions have already been undertaken. This is notably the case of the Clic&Connect service experimentation, which provided digital support to VSEs and SMEs (telephone and Internet assistance to support small businesses in their daily digital challenges). The Banque des Territoires draws on extensive experience in digital inclusion to support VSEs: Investment with the #APTIC Digital Pass operator; Support for Hubs to promote inclusive digital; Participation in the deployment of the France Services program; Mandate of the digital advisors of the France Services program on behalf of the State.
