Cos'è Credito d’imposta per sostenere la competitività delle imprese stimolando gli investimenti in Ricerca e Sviluppo, Innovazione tecnologica (anche nell’ambito del paradigma 4.0 e dell’economia circolare) Design e ideazione estetica. A chi si rivolge Tutte le imprese residenti nel territorio dello Stato (incluse le stabili organizzazioni di soggetti non residenti), ad esclusione di quelle in stato di liquidazione volontaria, fallimento, liquidazione coatta amministrativa, concordato preventivo senza continuità aziendale, altra procedura concorsuale. Sono inoltre escluse le imprese destinatarie di sanzioni interdittive per illeciti amministrativi dipendenti da reato. Le imprese beneficiarie devono rispettare le normative sulla sicurezza nei luoghi di lavoro e gli obblighi di versamento dei contributi previdenziali e assistenziali a favore dei lavoratori. Cosa prevedeÈ riconosciuto un credito d’imposta in misura pari a un importo percentuale dei costi sostenuti nelle attività di ricerca sviluppo, innovazione tecnologica, design e ideazione estetica. Sono previste soglie massime di beneficio spettante. Il credito può essere utilizzato in compensazione ai sensi dell’art. 17 del D. Compte tenu de la richesse de l'art contemporain en région, mais aussi des fragilités identifiées dans ce secteur, la Région Occitanie a souhaité en faire un axe fort de sa politique régionale Culture et Patrimoine. Aussi, la Région impulse, facilite et accompagne des initiatives dont la vocation est de porter l'art contemporain au plus près de chacun avec une ambition qualitative et une volonté de rayonnement régional. Les projets soutenus par la Région doivent permettre : un maillage du territoire régional ; un égal accès des publics à la culture ; le soutien et l'accompagnement d'artistes professionnels vivant et travaillant sur le territoire régional ; un renforcement de la coopération régionale autour de projets artistiques majeurs ou innovants ; la réalisation de projets à rayonnement régional, national ou international. Montant de l'aide : Le montant de l'aide est défini en fonction de la dimension du projet. Dans le cadre de sa nouvelle politique culturelle et afin d'aider à la mobilisation des financements européens dans le secteur de la culture et du patrimoine, toute structure retenue au titre du dispositif pourra se voir attribuer une aide complémentaire pour la mise en œuvre d'un projet participant d'un programme européen. Dépôt de la demande : Le dépôt de la demande doit être antérieur à la réalisation du projet. Il doit être fait avant l'échéance fixée pour ce dispositif et pour l'exercice concerné. La demande doit impérativement être déposée au moyen du dossier type de demande de subvention (plus envoi par email) intégrant l'ensemble des pièces à fournir et accompagné d'un RIB et d'un courrier de demande de soutien adressé à la Présidente de la Région Occitanie.

Après un examen sur la base d'une fiche fournie par le porteur de projet, le pôle projets délivre au bénéficiaire un avis préalable sur les procédures applicables et les délais induits ainsi qu'une synthèse des informations utiles pour faciliter la réalisation du projet (contraintes identifiées, simplifications possibles, optimisation des délais...). Lead a sustainable water resource management project

Contexte : La région est riche d'un patrimoine historique allant de la préhistoire à l'époque contemporaine. Sa diversité et sa qualité confèrent une forte personnalité au territoire régional, constituant un témoignage de la permanence de l'occupation humaine, de la circulation des savoirs et des techniques ainsi que de la dynamique ou de l'inventivité architecturale de ses habitants. La richesse et la diversité du patrimoine est reconnue au travers de nombreux labels internationaux et nationaux : 8 biens inscrits sur la liste du Patrimoine Mondial par l'UNESCO, 20 secteurs sauvegardés, 24 Villes ou Pays d'Art et Histoire, 134 « musées de France », près de 5 000 Monuments Historiques. Objectifs stratégiques : contribuer au renforcement de la personnalité de la région Occitanie car l'offre patrimoniale a un impact déterminant sur l'attractivité du territoire et la fréquentation touristique ; cette personnalité est l'expression de l'excellence et de la qualité de la vie ; s'appuyer sur le réseau des sites labellisés UNESCO pour renforcer la notoriété patrimoniale du territoire régional au plan national et international ; contribuer à la réduction de la fracture territoriale urbain/rural ; participer activement au maintien de l'emploi (non délocalisable) et au renforcement de la filière des métiers de la restauration (y compris de l'architecture traditionnelle grâce à une connaissance partagée des systèmes constructifs en vue de la sauvegarde des techniques constructives et des savoir-faire) ; positionner le patrimoine en transversalité avec les autres champs d'action de la Région : aménagement du territoire (bourgs-centres), économie (notamment touristique), formation, enseignement supérieur, recherche, développement durable ; favoriser la cohérence avec le dispositif inventaire ; assurer la lisibilité et la cohérence de la stratégie retenue. Programmer des spectacles présentés par des équipes artistiques régionales

Dans le cadre de sa politique de soutien au spectacle vivant, la Région met en place un système d'aide à la diffusion qui permet aux opérateurs de droit privé ou public d'obtenir un soutien à la programmation de spectacles présentés par des équipes artistiques régionales. Les projets soutenus par la Région doivent permettre : un maillage du territoire régional, notamment en milieu rural et sur les communes dépourvues d'offre culturelle à l'année ; la diffusion en Occitanie des équipes artistiques professionnelles issues du territoire régional ; une ouverture de tous les publics sur la diversité des esthétiques du spectacle vivant. L'aide accordée ne peut excéder 50% du montant mentionné dans le contrat de cession. Son montant ne peut être inférieur à 500 € (plancher) et supérieur à 2 000 € (plafond). Le montant annuel cumulé pour un même programmateur est limité à 4 000 €, pour un maximum de 5 représentations par an. Dépenses éligibles : Dépenses artistiques liées à la programmation du spectacle faisant l'objet de la demande : cession ou rémunération directe (frais d'approche non pris en compte).

Démos : Dispositif d'éducation musicale et orchestrale à vocation sociale Projet de démocratisation culturelle s'adressant à des enfants issus de quartiers relevant de la politique de la ville ou de zones rurales insuffisamment dotées en institutions culturelles. Démos a pour but d'enrichir le parcours éducatif des enfants, de favoriser la transmission du patrimoine classique et de contribuer à leur bonne insertion sociale. Il est bâti sur une coopération professionnelle forte entre acteurs de la culture et du champ social. Dans une cohérence pédagogique et artistique globale, il propose un apprentissage de la musique classique à des enfants ne disposant pas, pour des raisons économiques, sociales et culturelles, d'un accès facile à cette pratique dans les institutions existantes. Chaque enfant se voit confer un instrument de musique pendant trois ans. Encadré par des professionnels de la musique et du champ social, il suit des cours hebdomadaires de 3 h 30 en moyenne et retrouve régulièrement les autres enfants du même territoire pour une répétition en orchestre (« tutti »). The Biosensing program is part of the Engineering Biology and Health cluster, which also includes 1) the Biophotonics program; 2) the Cellular and Biochemical Engineering program; 3) the Disability and Rehabilitation Engineering program; and 4) the Engineering of Biomedical Systems program. The Biosensing program supports fundamental engineering research in the monitoring, identification and/or quantification of biological analytes and phenomena using innovations that exist at the intersection of engineering, life sciences, and information technology. Projects submitted to the program must advance both engineering and life sciences. The Biosensing program encourages proposals that, in addition to advancing biosensing technology, address critical sensor needs in biomedical research, public health, food safety, agriculture, forensics, environmental protection, and homeland security. Proposals are especially encouraged in areas of critical need: sensing technologies that can enable monitoring and surveillance of the environment and/or individuals for novel infectious agents; platform technologies that can readily be modified as soon as new agents are detected, sequenced, and/or otherwise characterized to enable rapid deployment of sensors in clinics and the environment; and adaptive and/or multiplex sensing technologies that can help the nation prevent the spread of the next global pandemic. Major areas of interest for the program include: Novel signal transduction principles and mechanisms that enable sensitive and specific biosensors, suitable for measurements in multiple areas; Design of novel biorecognition elements and appropriately designed transducing systems to enable adaptable and/or reconfigurable operating parameters in response to environmental changes or application needs at levels of device, system, or data analysis; Development of adaptive and/or evolvable biosensing systems for detection of novel target analytes or analytes under novel conditions; Novel synthetic biology approaches for the development of cell-free and cell-based biosensors; and Combining biosensors with artificial intelligence (AI) methods to improve sensor specificity and response time. Innovative ideas outside of the above specific interest areas may be considered. However, prior to submission, it is recommended that the PI contact the program director to avoid the possibility of the proposal being returned without review. The Biosensors program does not encourage proposals addressing circuit design for signal processing and amplification, computational modeling, and microfluidics for sample separation and filtration. Medical imaging-based measurements are outside of the scope of the program interests. Proposals that rely heavily on descriptive approaches are given lower priority. Proposals for optimizing and/or utilizing established methods for specific applications should be directed to programs focused on the application of sensor technology. NOTE: Projects related to water and/or soil quality may be jointly supported with the Environmental Engineering program (CBET 1440). Photonic devices with medical imaging and/or optogenetics should be submitted to the Biophotonics program (CBET 7236). Applications of devices for tissue engineering or organ-on-chip systems should be submitted to the Engineering of Biomedical Systems program (CBET 5345). Basic chemical/biochemical sensing mechanisms should be submitted to the Chemical Measurement and Imaging program (CMI 6880) in the Division of Chemistry. Proposals for dynamic biosensing systems, including circuit design for signal/data processing and amplification, and sensing systems through communication and machine learning should be submitted to the Communications, Circuits, and Sensing-Systems program (CCSS 7564) in the Division of Electrical, Communications, and Cyber Systems. The Environmental Engineering program is part of the Environmental Engineering and Sustainability cluster, which also includes 1) the Nanoscale Interactions program; and 2) the Environmental Sustainability program. Environmental engineering is an interdisciplinary field that applies chemical, biological, and physical scientific principles to protect human and ecological health. The goal of the Environmental Engineering program is tosupport potentially transformative fundamental research that applies scientific and engineering principles to 1) prevent, minimize, or re-use solid, liquid, and gaseous discharges of pollution to soil, water, and air by closing resource loops or through other measures; 2) mitigate the ecological and human-health impacts of such releases by smart/adaptive/reactive amendments or manipulation of the environment, and 3) remediate polluted environments through engineered chemical, biological, and/or geo-physical processes. Integral to achieving these goals is a fundamental understanding of the transport and biogeochemical reactivity of pollutants in the environment. Therefore, research on environmental micro/biology, environmental chemistry, and environmental geophysics may be relevant providing the research has a clear objective of protecting human and ecological health. Major areas of interest include (but are not limited to): Building afuture without pollution or waste: Investigation of innovative biogeochemical processes that prevent or minimize the production of waste; waste valorization and other research that will lead to new technologies toextract resources from waste streams to close the resource loop. Sustainable supply and protection ofwater: Investigation of innovative biogeochemical processesthat remove, biologically or chemically transform, and/or prevent therelease of contaminants in surface and groundwater; innovative processesfor recovery of water, nutrients, and other resources from wastewater,saline water, or brines; innovative approaches to smart and adaptive management of surface water, groundwater, and urban watersheds and storm water to maintain/improve quality and prevent downstream impacts from nutrients and other water constituents. Environmentalchemistry, fate, and transport of nutrients and contaminants of emergingconcern in air, water, soils, and sediments:Investigation of transport and biogeochemical reactivity in theenvironment; environmental forensics to identify sources and reaction pathways; field- and laboratory scale experimental research that bridgesgaps between data and predictions from molecular, continuum, and field-scale modeling. Environmentalengineering of the built environment: Research to understand the biogeochemical reactivity of the builtenvironment with the goal of enhancing and improving human and ecological health; research that will lead to new technologies to improve outdoor and indoor air quality; research to understand how drinking water and wastewater chemical characteristics and microbial community structure impact or are affected by water quality and human health. NOTE: Proposals with a scientific focus on chemical or physical separation processes (for example, materials or processes for reverse osmosis, membrane distillation, and hypo-filtration) should be submitted to the Interfacial Engineering program (CBET 1417). Proposals that seek to advance fundamental and quantitative understanding of the behaviors of nanomaterials and nanosystems should be submitted to the Nanoscale Interactions program (CBET 1179). Proposals focused on in vitro molecular-level environmental chemistry research should be submitted to Environmental Chemical Sciences program (CHE-ECS 6882). The Accountable Institutions and Behavior (AIB) Program supports basicscientific research that advances knowledge and understanding of issues broadly related to attitudes, behavior, and institutions connected to public policy and the provision of public services.Research proposals are expected to be theoretically motivated, conceptually precise, methodologically rigorous, and empirically oriented. Substantive areas include (but are not limited to) the study of individual and group decision-making, political institutions (appointed or elected), attitude and preference formation and expression, electoral processes and voting, public administration, and public policy. This work can focus on a single case or can be done in a comparative context, either over time or cross-sectionally.The Program does not fund applied research.The Program also supports research experiences for undergraduate students and infrastructural activities, including methodological innovations.
