The Pays d'Auge is distinguished by the quality and diversity of its natural heritage: hedgerows, meadows, forests, coastline, fauna, flora, water resources, etc. Sources of well-being, biodiversity and tourist and economic dynamism, these natural elements constitute strong identity markers for the territory that must be preserved and enhanced. Responding to 8 priority objectives of the Norman SRADDET and taking into consideration the scientific findings of erosion of biodiversity and the coastline by the Norman IPCC, this action sheet n°2 of the LEADER Local Development strategy allows to support the operational implementation of ecological transitions to be carried out in the territories to reduce the causes of climate change, protect coastal and hinterland natural areas and enhance their landscapes. Cos'è Regime di aiuti a sostegno dell'occupazione di determinati lavoratori in Italia e nel Mezzogiorno (Bonus Giovani). Articolo 22, del decreto - legge 7 maggio 2024, n. 60, convertito con modificazioni dalla legge 4 luglio 2024, n. 95. A chi si rivolge Ai datori di lavoro privati che, ai sensi dell’articolo 22 del decreto-legge 7 maggio 2024, n. 60, convertito, con modificazioni, dalla legge 4 luglio 2024, n. 95, assumono personale non dirigenziale con contratto di lavoro subordinato a tempo indeterminato o effettuano la trasformazione del contratto a tempo determinato in contratto a tempo indeterminato è riconosciuto, per un periodo massimo di ventiquattro mesi, un esonero dal versamento del 100 per cento dei complessivi contributi previdenziali a carico dei datori di lavoro privati, con esclusione dei premi e contributi dovuti all'Istituto nazionale per l'assicurazione contro gli infortuni sul lavoro (INAIL), nel limite massimo di importo pari a 500 euro su base mensile per ciascun lavoratore e comunque nei limiti della spesa autorizzata ai sensi dell’articolo 22, comma 7, del decreto-legge 7 maggio 2024. Si precisa inoltre che ai datori di lavoro privati che, dalla data di autorizzazione della Commissione europea e fino al 31 dicembre 2025, assumono, ai sensi dell’articolo 4, comma 3, lavoratori con sede di lavoro effettiva, presso la quale il lavoratore è tenuto a prestare fisicamente servizio, ubicata nelle regioni Abruzzo, Molise, Campania, Basilicata, Sicilia, Puglia, Calabria e Sardegna, l’esonero spetta nel limite massimo di importo pari a 650 euro su base mensile per ciascun lavoratore e comunque nei limiti della spesa autorizzata ai sensi dell’articolo 22, comma 7, del decreto-legge 7 maggio 2024, n. 60, convertito, con modificazioni, dalla legge 4 luglio 2024, n. 95, Cosa prevede La fruizione dell’esonero contributivo è subordinata al rispetto delle condizioni di cui all’articolo 1, commi 1175 e 1176, della legge 27 dicembre 2006, n. 296 e successive modificazioni. Fermi restando i principi generali di fruizione degli incentivi di cui all'articolo 31 del decreto legislativo 14 settembre 2015, n. 150 e quanto declinato nell’art. 1, commi 1175 e 1176, della legge 27 dicembre 2006, n. 296, l'esonero contributivo spetta ai datori di lavoro che, nei sei mesi precedenti l'assunzione, non hanno proceduto a licenziamenti individuali per giustificato motivo oggettivo ovvero a licenziamenti collettivi, ai sensi della legge 23 luglio1991, n. 223, nella medesima unità operativa o produttiva. Il licenziamento per giustificato motivo oggettivo del lavoratore assunto con l'esonero di cuial presente decreto o di un lavoratore impiegato con la stessa qualifica nella medesima unità operativa o produttiva del primo, se effettuato nei sei mesi successivi all'assunzione incentivata, comporta la revoca dell'esonero e il recupero del beneficio già fruito.

What it is The measure intends to supplement and strengthen the recovery, restructuring, and relaunch projects of Piedmontese companies that are sub-performing and in temporary financial imbalance, but with concrete possibilities for relaunch supported by valid business plans, by allocating a non-repayable grant to Piedmontese companies that access the "Development and Relaunch Fund".
