Carry out energy audits of municipal heritage
France · Normandie
Who can apply Commune · Intercommunalité / Pays · Département · Région
Shared Energy Consulting (CEP) Local authorities can call on Te61 to audit one or more of their public buildings. The consultant carries out an energy assessment and defines objectives and priorities. They propose concrete solutions to reduce expenses by controlling consumption and limiting the environmental impact of your buildings. The mission lasts for one year. The final report submitted allows the local authority to be eligible for DSIL and DETR subsidies in particular.
Produce and distribute heat for public buildings with a wood-energy boiler room
France · Normandie
Who can apply Commune · Intercommunalité / Pays
Wood-energy and heating networks The installation of a boiler room and its associated heating network offers many advantages, including the pooling of maintenance and fuel supply, as well as an optimization of energy costs. With the "heat production and distribution" competence, Te61 continues its commitment to energy transition by allowing member communities to equip themselves with wood-energy boiler rooms. A "turnkey" service for the community, which is supported throughout the project. To find out whether or not it is possible to create a wood-energy boiler room, Te61 carries out an opportunity note. This does not replace a subsequent feasibility study, but allows the specifications to be established. An agreement established between the member community and Te61 defines the terms. For low-power installations, the opportunity note is often the only reflection step necessary for the project.
Ensure road safety in your municipality (pedagogical radars)
France · Normandie
Who can apply Commune · Intercommunalité / Pays
Pedagogical Radars A true prevention tool, the pedagogical radar allows the municipality to collect information through data analysis. It helps establish a link between local regulations and user behavior on the road. Whether purchased or rented, this device promotes speed reduction in urban areas. The "maintenance" package exclusively concerns Te61 radars. Project management cost: a rate of 7% is applied. The community and Territoire d’Énergie Orne sign an individual agreement which includes: Advice and impact study; Project management; Expertise on equipment and installation according to needs (solar power, battery power, radar customization, etc.); A precise analysis of synchronized data across the entire departmental heritage: speed, number of passages, number of excesses; Temporary or permanent installation; Possibilities for setting up mutualized purchasing.
Modernize public lighting
France · Normandie
Who can apply Commune · Intercommunalité / Pays
Public lighting As one of the primary sources of electricity consumption, public lighting represents a significant financial and environmental challenge for communities. An outdated lighting system quickly increases bills and light pollution. As part of its public lighting mandate, Territoire d’Énergie Orne supports its members in this "lighting transition." The mandate includes investment and maintenance of installations. Communities benefit from the technical and regulatory expertise (lamp performance, lighting management system, current regulations, system control, etc.) of the syndicate, which works for a fair and environmentally friendly public lighting management, ensuring the safety and comfort of residents. The municipality owns its equipment and remains the decision-maker in the choice of material. The transfer of responsibility includes: Project management and project ownership for investments, Diagnosis of the lighting network, Management and operation of networks, Maintenance of lighting installations and enhancement by light. Equipment maintenance includes: Initial census, Database creation,
Secure the electricity grid
France · Normandie
Who can apply Commune
Security works All municipalities in Orne adhere to Territoire d'énergie Orne for its foundational competence: organizing authority for electricity distribution. Te61 is therefore the first point of contact for local authorities regarding the electricity grid. The low-voltage bare wire network, built before the 1970s, is particularly fragile, especially in the face of climatic constraints. There are several sections in bare wires. The "small sections" are the most sensitive to these hazards. Territoire d’Énergie Orne invests in the progressive elimination of this type of network in rural municipalities by replacing it with a twisted aerial network.
Extend networks for public projects
France · Normandie
Who can apply Commune
Connection, network extension The Territoire d’Énergie Orne is the contracting authority only for public projects where the final applicant is a rural or urban community that remits at least 50% of the TICFE . Enedis remains the contracting authority for urban municipalities that do not remit the TICFE to Te61. The main objective of extension works is to make the electricity distribution network available for new uses (e.g., housing, economic activity).
Enfouir/effacer les réseaux aériens d'électricité
France · Normandie
Who can apply Commune · Intercommunalité / Pays
