Remunerate vocational training interns

France · FR

Who can apply Entreprise publique locale (Sem, Spl, SemOp)

The Region has the political and legal responsibility to facilitate the conditions for carrying out training for young people and adults seeking employment or a new professional orientation. Starting training often leads to a reorganization of personal life, generating travel and therefore expenses. This is why the Region provides remuneration and social protection to vocational training interns (under certain conditions). Objectives : These provisions for remuneration and social protection should enable interns to access and remain in training until the end of the course, during which they can develop their skills. By granting a more favorable system than the Labor Code, the Region has introduced measures in favor of certain interns based on the principle of solidarity: Monthly flat-rate single-parent bonus of €100 for single parents with at least one dependent child (including in cases of shared custody), Application of the higher age category scale for first-time job seekers under 18 years of age.

UrbanVitaliz is a free human and digital service that allows to remove the obstacles encountered by local authorities lacking engineering skills who wish to unlock abandoned land in their territory (former commercial, industrial, railway areas, abandoned residences, etc.). Artificialized land that has lost its use represents a great opportunity for urban renewal, to limit the artificialization of natural or agricultural soils. But it is also very complex to rehabilitate, and many local authorities lacking engineering skills give up in the face of the difficulties and unknowns encountered. In conjunction with territorial resource actors, UrbanVitaliz is already acting successfully with municipalities and inter-municipalities to guide them free of charge in their process : 👩‍💼 By directing them towards a public or private actor who can intervene alongside the local authority depending on their situation (EPF, Ademe, State services, private actor services, etc.); 💸 By sorting through the existing funding for a given type of project; 📌 By proposing the stro…
