Support collaborative and citizen projects to accelerate territorial changes and transitions
France · FR
Who can apply Commune · Intercommunalité / Pays
The territory faces major challenges in adapting our lifestyles to mitigate climate change and its consequences. The necessary reduction of our CO2 emissions and the scarcity of resources impose a perilous exercise. At the same time, society is undergoing significant changes, particularly in its lifestyles and social relationships, already expressed through initiatives of mutualization and cooperation. To address these issues, it must rely on these citizen and collaborative initiatives to: Promote the emergence of Renewable Energies through collective and citizen projects Participate in changing agricultural practices and especially organizational models Encourage changes in practices in favor of ecological and energy transition Rather than being thematic, this action is intended to be methodological, with the key word being mutualization and collaboration within the supported projects. It addresses the development of projects that will be supported by LEADER for an adaptation as close as possible to needs (mutualize and optimize rather than produce and consume) and the sustainability of the initiatives undertaken. This is to promote the upskilling of residents and elected officials of the territory, develop the capacity to act, encourage dynamics of mutual aid between the different stakeholders and actors…

Support economic sectors and stakeholders in promoting local resources
France · FR
Who can apply Commune · Intercommunalité / Pays
The economy of rural territories has for decades turned outwards and remains very dependent on fluctuations over which they have no control. The Covid crisis and then the energy crisis largely illustrated this fact and the fragility they caused in the territory. Some sectors are more impacted than others. Institutional and economic actors have undertaken, through various strategies, work for the autonomy of the territory through the optimal valorization of locally present resources. Maintaining activities and developing local sectors in the territories is a challenge for the populations and the attractiveness of these territories. This action sheet aims to identify the levers for capturing the potential of resources directly in the territory. These resources notably concern: Requalification of waste through reuse and repurposing Valorization of the territory's land resources Valorization of agricultural and food productions through the establishment of short and local supply chains The objective is to support the creation of sectors, as well as their development, particularly by supporting missing links in the sector's chain. These actions also aim to promote job creation dynamics, particularly through ini…
