Produce housing
France · FR
Who can apply Commune · Intercommunalité / Pays · Département · Région · Etablissement public dont services de l'Etat
EPF Hauts de France contributes to meeting housing needs by recycling the land necessary for their production. The EPF therefore undertakes the acquisitions necessary for land control of the defined area, ensures the treatment of any sources of pollution and, if necessary, deconstructs the properties. It can also support and advise the community in drawing up a consultation brief intended to select the future operator. In certain cases, the EPF can reduce the sale price of the sites on which it has intervened for housing production.
