Develop a local Agenda 2030
France · FR
Who can apply Commune
The Association Notre Village was created in 1992 with the aim of safeguarding communes against rural exodus. From the 2000s, we chose to reorient our missions towards promoting rural territories and their commitment to sustainable development. Since 2009, we have been a recognized public interest association. Our villages are lands of the future where it is essential to preserve the quality of life. Our missions are as follows: Promote communal and inter-communal territories; Advise elected officials on current legislative and regulatory frameworks; Create a place for exchange between different stakeholders within a local authority (elected officials, advisors, citizens, businesses, etc.); Raise awareness among these same stakeholders about the strengths and challenges of a community; Promote the implementation of actions by communities in favor of sustainable development throughout their territory. Today, we offer you support in the development and implementation of the local Agenda 2030 approach. Furthermore, this approach allows for the attribution of a <a href="https://www.notrevillage.asso.fr/service/le-label-notre-village-terre-davenir/demarche/" targe…

Aid for energy renovation of public buildings - SYDEV
France · Pays de la Loire
Who can apply Commune · Intercommunalité / Pays
Energy renovation of buildings is a major focus in the energy transition, and local authorities play a predominant role in achieving the objectives set by France and the Pays de la Loire Region. Since 2005, more than 1,700 energy audits have been carried out on the heritage of Vendée communities. This has shown that 72 million euros are needed to significantly improve the performance of the built heritage of Vendée communities. Based on this observation, SYDEV decided in 2020 to continue its action in favor of energy savings by supporting local authorities in carrying out energy renovation work on their buildings. SYDEV is thus dedicating 20 million euros until 2026 to support communities in achieving this objective.

Support for rural trade
France · FR
Who can apply Commune · Intercommunalité / Pays · Entreprise publique locale (Sem, Spl, SemOp)
In response to the observation of a loss of commercial attractiveness in certain mainly rural areas (according to INSEE, in 2021, more than 21,000 communes had no shops, i.e. 62% compared to 25% in 1980), the Government created in March 2023 a national support scheme for setting up businesses in rural areas, currently endowed with €16.5M. This fund, financed by the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industrial and Digital Sovereignty, is managed by the National Agency for Territorial Cohesion in partnership with the Directorate General for Enterprises. It is aimed at public (local authorities), semi-public or private (SCIC, operators) project leaders and provides essential support for the establishment of multi-service sedentary and itinerant businesses in rural areas, serving several rural communes, with investment aid of up to €80,000 per project.
